PAINTING INSPIRATION:

In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realization has been a symbol of happiness, new beginnings and change for many centuries.

This particular dragonfly flew into my windscreen when I was driving on a county road, it remain there in front of me for many kilometres without blowing away, without any damage to its delicate body and still there was something profound about its presence. When I stopped the car I realised it was deceased, it felt so meaningful that I had been blessed with this delicate, intricate gift, that I realised I had to honour it and give it eternal life. xx Jodie
