Christmas Wreath Painting Watercolour Workshop

Wed 4th Dec 2024 –  6.30 – 9.00 pm 

This joyful workshop has been a big hit over the years so join me for a fun way to ease into the Christmas spirit by painting a beautiful Christmas Wreath design –  bring along your favourite beverage to make it even more bubbly!!

This workshop has been designed for the Christmas loving beginner in mind!  I will guide you through some Watercolour basics, including papers, equipment and paints, some basic colour mixing to create our colour palette for our piece and brushstrokes exercises to easily capture the desired effect for our beautiful wreath masterpiece.

Make it a night out with friends or creative way to end the work year with colleagues, enjoying a relaxed night while enhancing your skills in watercolour painting. Finishing with a beautiful artwork you have created to take home feeling like a true artist!

All necessary painting materials for the workshop are included in the cost, including a few Christmas surprises. You will leave with a paint palette of leftover paints, plenty of inspiration, and a joyful heart. 

No experience is required only an open mind and will to have fun.

 It’s open to all ages over 16.

All workshops are run by myself Jodie Westall Kimpton I am a professional Artist and Watercolour Tutor and Gallery owner, I have been painting and designing for over 30 years. Watercolour is my favourite medium – it is my daily meditation, my joy, it has been my therapy many times over and is the quiet place where my heart finds clarity when life gets too noisy. The simple practice of loosing myself in my painting is very rejuvenating – I look forward to sharing my art journey and night with you.
